Once you have selected which trip and departure date, we only need your customers full names and DOBs to make the initial booking.
For most tours outside of 70 days we will hold an Option booking for a maximum of 7 days.
Customers will be entitled to a full refund if Explore is not able to operate their trip.

Customer Service Team. ASAP to cancel a booking. Our
booking conditions have details of the costs customers will incur when cancelling and vary based on how long it is before departure.

To secure a booking we require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tour price. Occasionally, a higher deposit is required but you will be advised about this at the time of booking. If booking within 70 days of departure, full payment will be required when your booking is confirmed by us.
Payment in due 70 days prior to departure. Full payment is required at time of booking for bookings closer to departure.
You will be sent a Booking Confirmation within hours of making a booking.
Final documentation will be emailed at least 3 weeks before travel.
