Australian travel agents only. The travel agent must be the primary traveller. The agent receives a free trip up to the value of $2,000. Polar and Galapagos trips are excluded from the free trip but will count towards the bookings made. The free trip must be taken by 31 December 2024. Qualification period is from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2024 and is strictly for new bookings only. Qualifying bookings must be for different departure dates. All bookings must be booked and deposited before requesting the free trip. Free trip will be based on availability at time of booking. A maximum of 2 agent FOC bookings are permitted per departure. Free trip is not transferable, and each consultant can only enter the promotion and get a free trip once during the qualification period. If the requested trip has a higher value the additional amount will be payable. 25% discount will apply for a travelling companion. Must be travel agent at time of departure and remain a selling travel agent for a minimum of 6 months after returning. Once booked standard cancellation fees apply.
