Travel agents who make 5 confirmed bookings with Explore Worldwide between 01 April and 31 December 2026 will qualify for 1 free trip with Explore Worldwide. 

The free trip must be booked by 31 January 2027 and taken or depart by the end of 2027.  

To be eligible to redeem the free trip, all five (5) qualifying bookings must have made initial deposit. Once the fifth booking has their initial deposit paid, the agent may proceed to book their Free trip.  

The value of the credit towards the free trip will be $3,500 AUD&NZD. If the requested trip has a higher value, the additional amount will be payable by the agent at 50% of the advertised price, in line with the Travel Agent concession discount. 

The free trip is subject to availability at the time of booking. A maximum of two (2) agent free of charge bookings are permitted per tour departure.  

The free trip is non-transferable, and each agent may only qualify once during the promotion period.  

You are eligible to earn one qualified booking per departure; split bookings are not eligible.  

A 25% discount will apply for one additional travel companion booked on the same departure.  

The agent must be an active travel agent at the time of departure and must remain a selling agent for a minimum of 6 months after returning from the free trip. Failure to remain active will result in the agent being required to pay the full retail cost of the trip.  

The Free of charge trip The prize trip includes accommodation (on a twin-share or double basis), ground transport, some activities and some meals as shown on the itinerary, an Explore Tour Leader, local guides as per the tour trip notes and airport transfers both ways in the tour country to/from the hotel (if flights are booked to/from the recommended airport). It does not include optional activities on tour, additional meals on tour or any daily expenses or flights.  

The Free of charge trip offer cannot be used on Polar or Galápagos cruises, Eclipse tours, or Small Group and exclusive departures.  

If one of the five qualifying bookings cancels prior to the agent’s departure on their free trip, Explore Worldwide reserves the right to revoke the free trip.   

To confirm a Free of charge tour booking, there must be a minimum of seven (7) confirmed passengers on the selected departure date. If this minimum is not met, Explore Worldwide reserves the right to offer an alternative tour date.  

In the event that the group size for the selected tour reduces to three (3) or fewer passengers, the agent will be required to transfer their Free of charge booking to an alternative departure date with a larger group size.  

Once the Free of charge trip is confirmed, standard cancellation fees apply as per Explore’s booking conditions, which can be viewed at http://www.exploreworldwide.com.au/booking-conditions    

Explore Worldwide reserves the right to withdraw or amend this incentive promotion at any time without prior notice.  

The promotion is open to qualified travel agents based in Australia and New Zealand. Proof of employment or active selling status may be required to validate participation.
