Terms & Conditions

  1. The discounted amount* (see above "Applicable Discounts by Currency" table) is off per person, offer applies to bookings made within 7 days of receiving your exclusive offer email.
  2. The offer is available on all Explore small group trips but excludes exclusive groups & Polar and Galapagos Cruises.
  3. The discount is off the tour price only; additional services such as flight, single supplements, additional hotel nights and alternative transfers are not discounted.
  4. Excludes Polar and Galapagos cruises as well as Exclusive & Private groups
  5. We regret the discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
  6. As per our standard terms & conditions, it is not possible to cancel and rebook back onto the original departure date to take advantage of any current special offer. 
  7. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Explore discounts, offers or promotions. However, if an alternative promotion allows a greater saving (higher than 10% per booking discount), the customer is entitled to select the better offer.  
  8. The offer can be combined with the Explore Loyalty scheme.    
  9. This offer is available only to customers who have received the Explore rebook email and quote a unique promo code at the time of booking. 
  10. The offer is subject to availability and Explore reserves the right to withdraw it. 
  11. The customer is responsible for having adequate and valid travel insurance.
