1. Promoter 

The promoter is Explore Worldwide Ltd, Nelson House, 55 Victoria Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 7PA (“Explore”).

 

2. Eligibility 

1. The prize draw is open to residents of Australia, Canada, UK or USA aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Explore Worldwide Ltd, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.  

2. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted.  

3. Only one entry per unique valid email address will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.  

 

3. Promotional Period 

The promotional period begins on May 24 2026 at 00:01am (EDT) and closes at 11:59pm (EDT) on May 30 2026. 
 

4. How to Enter 

1. No purchase is necessary to enter.  

2. To enter, participants must complete the Explore Worldwide Challenge Strava. They will then need to provide their full name and email address via the online entry form during the promotional period to qualify. 

3. Entrants must provide valid and complete information as requested.  

4. Incomplete, late, illegible, or incomprehensible entries will not be accepted.  

5. Explore is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.  

6. Automated or robotic entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.  

 

5. The Prize 

1. One prize winner will receive an Explore small group tour for one adult (aged 18 or over) on the Walking in Madeira (Tour Code: TM), with a total prize value of up to AUD$3640, CAD$3310, GBP£1695 or USD$2350. 

2. The prize trip includes accommodation (on a twin-share or double basis), ground transport, selected activities and meals as per the itinerary, an Explore Tour Leader, local guides, and return airport transfers within the destination country (if arriving/departing from the recommended airport).   

3. In addition, the winner will receive a flight credit voucher worth up to AUD$2000, CAD$1500, GBP£1000 or US$1100. 

4. The prize must be booked by 31 December 2026 and travelled by 31 December 2027 and is subject to availability.  
5. The prize must be booked at least six (6) weeks prior to departure.  

 

6. What the Prize Does Not Include 

The prize does not include international flights, travel insurance, visas, optional activities, additional meals not listed in the itinerary, personal expenses, or any upgrades or add-ons. 

 

7. Booking Conditions 

1. The prize must be booked directly with Explore and is subject to availability on tours departing by 31 December 2027. 

2. The winner is responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas (if required), and adequate travel insurance.  

3. Additional passengers may be added to the booking, subject to availability, and will be charged the full applicable adult price at the time of booking.  

4. The prize is subject to Explore’s standard booking terms and conditions.  

 

8. Winner Selection and Notification 

1. One prize winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries by an Explore representative by 12 June 2026.  

2. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) working days of the draw.  

3. The winner must respond within twenty (20) working days of notification to claim the prize.  

4. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within this timeframe, or declines the prize, Explore reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.  

 

9. Verification 

Explore reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, and eligibility before confirming the prize. 

 

10. Data Protection and Privacy 

1. Explore Worldwide Ltd will use personal information provided by entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 

2. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their personal data may be used to administer the competition and fulfil the prize.  

 

11. Publicity 

By entering, participants agree that the winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, including being photographed, filmed, or interviewed, and consent to such materials being used by Explore for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

 

12. Prize Restrictions 

1. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash alternative.  

2. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or any other alternative prize or holiday.  

3. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.  

4. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, Explore reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.  

 

13. General 

1. Explore reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.  

2. Explore reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.  

3. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.  

4. Explore’s standard booking terms and conditions apply to all elements of the prize.
