Visitors can see the stunning landscape of Vietnam during their holiday in the Far East
Britons planning solo holidays in the Far East should pay a visit to Vietnam to see its stunning landscape, it has been claimed.
An article on Forres Gazette highlighted the beauty of the nation which has successfully emerged from the war-time era of the 1960s and is now a hot-spot for tourists.
It said: "Vietnam is being explored by an increasing number of travellers, all of whom are keen to experience this most unique of destinations.
"While its recent history is inescapable, so too is its soaring mountains, stunning coastline and iconic rice fields."
The article goes on to highlight the benefits of travelling around the country via train as it is the "most comfortable" form of transport in Vietnam.
Once holidaymakers have reached their desired destination, they may like to discover the wonders of cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh on foot as the road system can be complicated for many drivers to understand.
