Actress recommends adventure holidays to Botswana
People planning adventure holidays could travel to Botswana's Okavango Delta in order to take in a safari, as it is one of the most "extraordinary" and "exhilarating" experiences imaginable.
That is according to actress Olivia Williams, who called the adventure holiday she took to the natural formation - located in the north of Botswana - her best ever.
She spoke about "the most exhilarating few days" while on the look out for animals such as zebra and elephants.
The actress also revealed that her favourite sort of trip is an active adventure holiday, filled with exploration.
"I need to see a building, climb a hill, ride a bike or swim. I can do a few days on the beach but then I need to go and check out what's going on in other places," she said.
Some of the other animals it is possible to spot while on a safari holiday in the Okavango Delta include buffalo, hippopotamus and cheetah.
